fudgester SG *me raises hand* I'm planning to go to Bintan with some of my friends after the exams are over. Just a short getaway to help us unwind a little. However, we want to stay away from the Bintan Lagoon Resorts or whatever you call them.... I heard that they cost an arm and a leg. Any alternative recommendations?
Fatum SG there are kelongs available ...... other than that, it's all those sleazy place in town .... I'd stay away from those .... unless you're one of those uncle punters ....

Fatum SG only for fishing .... but some of these setups are pretty nicely appointed ... with entertainment centers, a nice resturant, aircon bunks and all that .... and they are not the floating types you find around ubin .... but anchored to the seabed .....
